1
What SuperPrinters is

SuperPrinters is an AI-powered discovery platform for the printing industry. Instead of browsing endless catalogues or making cold calls, you have a conversation — SuperPrinters’ AI understands print (substrates, technologies, price bands) and connects buyers with the right sellers, service providers, and products.

Registration is just your name, email, and mobile — nothing more. What you actually do (Buy, Sell, or Review) is what shapes your experience, verified the moment you first need it, not a role you pick up front.

2
Registering — name, email, mobile
Ten seconds, no forms to fill blind.
1
Click Sign In and choose New to SuperPrinters
Type your name, then verify your email or mobile — that's the whole account.
2
You're in immediately
Your dashboard is ready right away — no company details, GST, or PAN needed yet.
3
Pick the persona that is actually you
Brand means the company itself — its GST is what opens the account, and a personal PAN will not. If you work at a brand, a channel partner or a reseller rather than registering the company, you want Print Professional. We say so on the tap now, and switching later is one line in Profile — nothing you have already proven is lost.
4
Overseas brands — a separate door
On the sign-up page, tap “Overseas brand? Register here”. We register overseas BRANDS only for now — every other persona is local work by nature. You are never asked for GST or PAN, because those are Indian tax registrations. Instead: a code to your company email address (a personal Gmail or Outlook address will not do — it cannot show which business you represent), your phone with its country code, and a connected LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn is not asked for at all if you are in China, where it does not operate. To list products we also need your company website. Everything is open to you except posting a print job for quotes, which is quoted and delivered locally in India. If any of it gives you trouble, use the link on the form — we will finish the account with you.
5
If verification will not work for you
Codes do not always arrive — some company mail servers block them, and SMS does not reach every country yet. Use the link on the form and tell us. We will take your email and phone as they are and build the account for you. Once it is set up you sign in exactly like everyone else: enter your email, ask for a code, and we email it to you. There is no password to remember or lose.
6
Your Trust Score — what actually moves it
Buyers see a Trust Score on your page. GST gives you the most of any single step; PAN counts for less. Professionals are scored differently — PAN and LinkedIn together reach the same top as a GST, either one alone is worth about half. A verified company email, a published catalogue, a complete profile, real reviews and actually replying to buyers all add to it. Nothing you pay for changes it, and nothing you pay for changes where you rank in answers either.
7
Printers — your catalogue works differently
A printer lists work, not a product line, so your catalogue asks different things. Add photos of your facility, and list the machines you run with a photo beside each — you type a press once and tap it thereafter. Then each job you list carries a photo of the printed product, its specifications, the units your price is per, an optional price range, and which of your machines it ran on. Munch still reads a PDF or a link for you.
8
Verify when you Buy, Sell, or Review
The first time you click BUY, SELL, or REVIEW anywhere on the site, a GST-or-PAN check pops up. Enter your GST number and the GST department texts a code to the mobile registered against it — enter that and your company details fill in automatically. No GST? A PAN confirms your name instead. Do it once; every later click skips straight through.
Tip:anything beyond name/email/mobile/verified company — address, catalogue, socials — is optional, filled in whenever you’re ready from your Profile tab.
If the GST code doesn’t reach you after three tries — the registered mobile has changed, say — upload your GST certificate and fill in your address and turnover instead. Our team checks it and, if everything is in order, approves it within 24 hours. Your account keeps working in the meantime.

Using the AI chat
The chat bar is how almost everything on SuperPrinters starts.

Type what you’re looking for in plain language — “I need a used offset press under 50 lakhs” or “who sells CTP plates in Mumbai.” The AI asks a few clarifying questions if it needs to, then builds a real answer: matching products, sourcing options, comparisons, and a Connect button to reach the seller directly.

The chat also recognises when you’re not buying — say “I want to sell my old press” or “I’d like to leave a testimonial,” and it routes you straight to the right place (your Catalogue or Testimonial tab) instead of asking buying questions.

Ask about financing — “which banks finance printing equipment” or “what’s the ROI on a digital press” — and the AI answers using real, researched Indian lenders and their paperwork requirements, plus a real loan calculator card where you enter the equipment price, down payment, rate, and tenure to get an exact monthly payment and full amortization schedule. There’s also a FINANCING pill in the header, right beside LEARN — click it any time to jump straight into that same conversation.

Having an equipment problem? Ask things like “why is my offset press scumming” or “my inkjet head keeps clogging” — SuperBrain holds real, step-by-step troubleshooting guides across offset, digital toner, digital inkjet, label printing, gravure, flexo, screen, CTP, large format, and finishing equipment, and the AI draws on the right one automatically.

Don’t want to type? Tap the mic icon next to any chat bar and speak instead — it fills in your question and you can send it the same way.

Not sure what to ask? Tap a circle in the homepage’s Popular Categories row — it drops you straight into a chat already asking about that category, the same as typing it yourself.

You can also ask the AI about SuperPrinters itself — what a lead costs, what verification your trade needs, how reviews work, what a plan includes — and it answers from the live product, not from a page somebody wrote months ago. The one thing it will not go into is how the platform is built: the technology behind it is our own, so it will tell you what a feature does and what it costs, and leave the engineering out of it.

The same full set of tabs for every account — nothing is hidden by what you registered as.

Profile shows your public SuperStore exactly as buyers see it — company details, GST/PAN verification, and your completeness score with a checklist of what’s still missing. Channel Partners get an Authorised Channel Partner section here — search for a registered Brand (or invite them if they’re not on SuperPrinters yet), set a geographic and segment scope, and a valid-till date up to 1 year out. Once that Brand approves it, a real verification badge shows on your profile and SuperStore for that brand. Brands see the flip side — a Channel partner claims panel listing anyone claiming to represent them, with a one-click Approve/Reject.

Leads lists everyone who’s expressed interest — from a chat conversation, a posted requirement, or real time spent browsing your SuperStore. Each row shows the buyer, what they want, how urgent it looks, and how long ago it came in; click any row for the full picture — their timeline, whether they asked about financing, how the lead reached you, and where you can change its contact status. Export downloads whatever you’re currently filtered to as a spreadsheet, with contact columns filled only for leads you’ve unlocked. Unlocking a lead’s real contact details costs 500 points from your Wallet (250 for broader, category-wide matches that reached several sellers at once). One point is one rupee. During your first 30 days after verification, leads are unlimited and free. A buyer posting a requirement can attach a spec sheet and/or a photo — you’ll see an honest AI summary of what’s attached before you unlock, and the actual file(s) the moment you do.

Would you rather we set it up for you? Some companies prefer not to share a GST or a one-time password with any platform, and overseas brands hold neither. Write to us and our team will open the account, fill in your profile and catalogue, and verify you directly — your page then carries a Verified by SuperPrinters mark, which counts for exactly as much as a GST-verified one. You sign in whenever you like with an ordinary email code; we never set or send you a password.

Email us a requirement instead. Print buyers can send an RFQ straight to rfq@superprinters.in from the email address on their account, with the spec sheet attached. It is read automatically, turned into a requirement, matched to qualifying printers and listed on the Leads board — exactly as if you had posted it from the RFQ tab. It has to come from your registered address so we can attach it to your account, and your profile needs a PIN code, since sellers judge a requirement by location before they respond.

Your numbers opens from the word Dashboard at the top of the menu on the left. It shows how many people browsed the categories you sell into, how many of them opened your SuperStore, how many pressed Connect and how many became leads — plus which channel each visit came from, whether that was an AI answer, a category listing, a search engine or a link someone shared. Pick 7, 30 or 90 days at the top right.

Every new lead reaches you through the bell and by email. If you’d also like a WhatsApp message the moment one arrives, tick WhatsApp me when a new lead comes in on your Profile — it’s off unless you turn it on, it goes only to the mobile number you verified with a code, and you can turn it off in the same place at any time. Nothing about a buyer’s contact details travels over WhatsApp; the alert simply tells you a lead is waiting.

Catalogue is open to every account — it’s where you list products or services to sell — category, name, OEM, specs, price, and a photo. There’s a quick-add for mobile and a full editor for desktop. When editing a product, tap Clean up next to the specifications field and the AI will tidy up typos, units, and structure — it never adds a fact you didn’t already write, and nothing saves until you click Apply. Each listing has a Publish / Draft toggle — only Published items show on your public SuperStore and in search results. A Company overview box sits above the catalogue — add a YouTube intro video and/or upload a presentation deck (PDF) for your whole business; it shows as a banner on your SuperStore, ahead of any single product’s own pitch video.

Click Go to SuperStore (on your dashboard, or from the Profile tab) to see your live public page — this is exactly what a buyer sees when they find you, including your public Trust Score (claimed status, GST/PAN verification, and real reviews rolled into one number). Your web address (superprinters.in/xxxx1234) is generated automatically from your verified company name and mobile number once you verify.

Agentic Training — once you have real products in your Catalogue — opens as a floating box over whatever you were already looking at, not a full page switch. Test a question a real buyer might ask, rate the AI’s answer, and submit a better version if it’s missing something — once approved, similar future questions get your improved answer. The same box also has a Contribute → button for adding a whitepaper or troubleshooting guide, which trains SuperBrain for every visitor, not just answers about your own products.

5
SuperBrain
SuperPrinters' public SuperBrain — browsable without logging in.

SuperBrain holds installation stories, reviews, news, white papers, and guides contributed by the community. It now opens onto three places, and the SuperBrain page itself is the front door to them:

1
Print industry news — catch up
What the trade press and the manufacturers published, newest first.
2
The Vault — solve something
Troubleshooting guides, manuals, white papers and financing references, organised by subject rather than by date, because a guide is worth reading the day the fault happens, not the week it was written.
3
Industry directory — find who
Every association, trade magazine, exhibition and manufacturer that makes up this industry, each with its own page.

Two more things live on the SuperBrain page itself:

4
Directory
Four tabs. Sellers and Printers browse registered businesses — filter Printers by the segment they serve (Labels, Packaging, General commercial and so on) and by state or PIN code. Leads is a board of every open requirement posted on the platform: what is wanted, its category, state, PIN and the date. No buyer’s name, company or contact ever appears there.
5
Contribute
Share a press release, white paper, product manual, or news item — it helps train SuperBrain's own answers for everyone else.

Clicking Contribute opens the same MUNCH mascot and button used in Catalogue: pick a content type from the bubbles, paste a link or upload a PDF, and AI reads it and writes the title and summary for you — both stay fully editable before you publish. Choose whether it shows publicly on SuperBrain or stays internal (still trains SuperBrain’s answers either way), and whether your name shows or it’s posted anonymously.

6
The Leads board
Every open requirement, in one place.

When anyone posts a requirement it appears on the Leads tab inside SuperBrain’s Directory, visible to everyone. Each row shows only what is wanted, the category, the state, the PIN code and the day it was added — never the name, company or contact details of whoever posted it.

Hover or tap a row and a Claim button appears. Claiming is free and puts that requirement straight into your own Leads tab; the buyer’s contact details stay locked until you unlock them with Wallet points, exactly as with any other lead. Claiming does not take the requirement away from anyone else — matching sellers are notified automatically when it is posted, so the board is for finding requirements your categories did not already match you to.

Only account types that receive leads can claim — Printers, Brands, Channel Partners, Professionals and Services — and your business must be verified first. If you cannot claim, the button says why.

7
Services — experts and bureaus
Two different businesses under one heading, and they are matched differently.

When you register under Services we ask which kind you are, because it decides everything that follows. A service expert sells expertise — installation, servicing, repair, training, colour management. A service bureau runs production for other people: CTP and plates, design and prepress, binding, lamination, die-cutting, coating, foiling and the rest.

A bureau is matched on the services it ticks, and on nothing else. Tick binding and lamination and you hear about binding and lamination jobs — not every requirement that happens to be filed under Services. Say how far you will take work from, and requirements outside that distance do not reach you; leave it blank and you hear from anywhere in India. The alert names which of your services was asked for.

Two things follow from that. Retail print never reaches a bureau — someone wanting 500 visiting cards is looking for a printer, and sending it to you would be noise you pay to unlock. And buying is completely unrestricted: as a bureau you buy exactly as a printer does, retail and trade both, with nothing gated by the fact that you also sell a service.

Your Catalogue is your services, not products. Each row is one service you run — picked from the same list, so a line you add is a line that receives work — with what you can turn out in a day, your turnaround and the smallest job you take. Registration asks those three once for the whole business; here you give them per service, because your plates and your binding do not run at the same speed. A row set to Draft stops receiving work, exactly as it stops appearing on your page — and that holds even if the service is still ticked on your registration form, because the switch you last pressed is the one that counts.

Your public page is built from the same answers. It names you as a service bureau, lists the services you run rather than a product count, and each card carries what you can turn out in a day, your turnaround and your smallest job. If you said how far you take work from, the page says so — a buyer 200 km away deserves to know that before they write to you. If you have not answered it, the page says nothing rather than making a promise on your behalf.

And the AI names you when somebody asks for your work. Ask SuperBrain “who can do perfect binding for 8,000 books” and a bureau running binding at that scale is named in the answer, with its capacity, turnaround and minimum. It says plainly that you run production for other printers rather than sell equipment, so nobody mistakes you for a machine supplier. A service set to Draft stops completely — it is not named in chat, not shown on your page and not sent to you as work, even if you ticked it when you registered. One switch, one meaning.

On your Leads board every row says which of your services it is for, and how far away it is. Filter by service when plates, binding and lamination are all waiting. The distance is the one that decided whether the lead reached you at all, so it is worth reading before you take on a Friday deadline.

SuperStore & pricing
Two ways to become a real, public SuperStore — free or paid.

Your SuperStore is your public page — everything a buyer sees when they find you. Once it is verified and has three published products it also earns homepage carousel placement and a SUPERSTORE badge. There are two real ways to get there:

Free, via Catalogue: once your GST or PAN is verified and you have 3 or more Published products in your Catalogue, your SuperStore activates automatically — no payment needed. You’re publicly listed and buyers can find you; leads still unlock with your Wallet points, same as any account.

Paid membership (Brands/Channel Partners): click the pulsing UPGRADE pill from your Profile menu, pick the tier that fits your business, and pay. Membership benefits (unlimited lead unlocks, Train SuperBrain, priority visibility in AI answers) activate immediately, with a complimentary 30-day period before any paid term begins. If you’ve been sent a priority access code, redeem it from Wallet → Redeem a code to activate instantly instead.

Either way, the public SUPERSTORE badge and the homepage listing go live once our team finishes a quick review, usually within a day — until then, the dashboard shows a “SuperStore — pending review” pill in place of the badge, and everything else keeps working normally.

9
Promotions
NewsRoom, AdStation, and Events — from your dashboard's Promotions tab.

NewsRoom — paste a news article’s URL for an automatic write-up, or upload your own press release with a photo; it appears on SuperBrain as a real news item once our team approves it.

AdStation — upload an image or paste a video link, name it, and choose where it goes: your SuperStore, a boosted post on SuperPrinters’ own social media, or both. Social Media Boost content goes to our team for approval first.

Events — tell buyers about an upcoming event or webinar. Once approved, it shows on your SuperStore and is shared with our social media team.

10
Reviews & Testimonial
Two different things, in two different directions.

Writing a review — about a supplier you have paid — is the Reviews tab. Search for the company; if they are not on SuperPrinters, press Review them anyway and carry on. You are never asked for their phone number or email to write a review. Naming the product or job is optional but worth doing — it is what lets our AI cite your review when another buyer asks about that machine.

Every review offers two ways to appear: with your name, or anonymously, which publishes as “Verified account — name withheld”. Anonymous hides who you are, not that the review is real. SuperPrinters can see who wrote it and only opens that record to investigate a dispute — every look-up is recorded.

Once your review is published, if the company is not here yet you are offered — separately, and only if you want it — the chance to invite them so they can read it and reply. That invite is a real TOUCH referral and earns you points if they join.

Where to find it. Reviews is a tab in your dashboard, and on a phone it sits at the top of Me, above your account rows. One screen holds both directions — write one, see the ones you have written, and read what buyers have said about you. You can also just ask in the chat bar (“review the plates I use”) and it will take you there. You do not need an open job or a recent visit: if you bought something three years ago from a company that has never heard of us, search their name and press Review them anyway.

Now and again we will ask you directly — if a conversation with a supplier has gone quiet, you may see “Did you go ahead with them?” on your dashboard. Answering either way makes it go away; there is no chasing.

Replying to a review about you is worth doing. How quickly and how often you reply is one of the four things that decides where you appear in an AI answer — alongside the reviews themselves. Both are published in full on our AI policy page.

A testimonial is the other direction — a seller publishing a named customer’s words about their own solution. Use the Testimonial tab under Promotions. That customer is named publicly, so they get a request to approve it first, their contact details are required, and a photo or invoice as proof of purchase is mandatory.

11
Your trust score
What buyers see, and how to raise it.

Every account carries a public trust score out of 100, shown on your SuperStore. It is built from what you have proven and what buyers say — never from what you pay. The full formula is published on our AI policy page, weights and all.

We only ask for the bare minimum to get you selling. Once that is done, the Profile tab lists every other proof still open to you, with exactly how many points each one would add — measured against your own account, not a generic figure. Nothing there is required and nothing is withheld if you skip it.

It starts low, and it is public from the day you register. That is not a judgement on you — it simply means nothing has been proven yet, and until recently we never said so out loud. A brand-new account sits near zero, and one verification is usually worth 15 points and takes about a minute; a GST is worth more again. You will see your own number and the single best next step on the Profile tab, and we will email it to you rather than leave you to find it on your own page.

If you have not verified yet, we will remind you — twice, and then we stop. The first note comes a few hours after you sign up and the second a few days later, and both carry your own score and the single step that would raise it most, rather than a general nudge to go and do something. If nothing else has emailed you in the last two days, that is when it arrives. After the second one we leave it alone.

One thing worth knowing: pasting your LinkedIn address into the Links box is not the same as connecting it. A typed link proves nothing and brings no photo across. Use Connect on the trust panel — that is what earns the points and pulls your profile photo in.

12
TOUCH & JEDI — bringing people in
Two programmes, two different things.

TOUCH is for every member, and your link works from the moment you register — you do not need a SuperStore, a public page or a username to invite anybody. Open Refer & earn on your dashboard and it is the first thing on the screen: your link, a Share on WhatsApp button, and Copy message if you would rather paste it somewhere else yourself.

Underneath it you can also record an invite with their name and email, and we will send it. That is worth doing when you want the reward to find its way home even if they open the mail on a different device — but it is the longer way round, and the link on its own pays just the same. If two people invite the same person, the first invitation is the one that counts.

It pays in three stages — when they create the account, when they verify, and when their SuperStore goes live. What each stage is worth depends on who joined; inviting a company that will list products pays the most. Nothing is earned until they actually join.

JEDI is different — a channel partner on a real revenue share, onboarded by us directly rather than self-serve. A JEDI gets their own page at Channel partner: a QR code and invite link for sharing on the spot, how many they invited, joined, verified and opened a store, what those accounts have spent, their share of it, what has been paid and what is still owed. Payments are settled by transfer or UPI and recorded there afterwards with the date and a reference, so they can be matched against a bank statement.

13
Wallet & points
How unlocking real contact details works.

How you hear about a new lead. We ring the bell in your dashboard, send you an email, and text you on your verified mobile — and WhatsApp too if you have switched that on. The text is on by default because a lead is the thing you came here for, but you can turn it off any time in Profile. We never send more than four texts an hour, however busy it gets; the email and the bell always carry the complete record.

Unlocking a lead’s phone number and email costs 500 points, and one point is one rupee — the wallet holds points, and everything on the platform is priced in them. A broader, category-wide match that reached several sellers at once is 250. Points can be topped up from the Wallet tab, and any code you’ve been sent — a free trial, a discount, priority access — is redeemed from the same place: Wallet → Redeem a code. Re-opening a lead you have already paid for never charges again.

14
Your agent
Your answers, working for you around the clock.

Brands, channel partners and professionals build an agent of their own. Everyone else — printers, service experts, institutes, students — contributes to SuperBrain, the brain the whole industry asks. Both are training; they train different things.

An agent is switched on by us, not bought. Ask from Your agent in the dashboard and we look at what you have published first — an agent quotes prices in your name, so somebody reads it before it goes live. During your free 100 days it costs nothing; after that it runs on SCALE. If your free run ends without a plan, the agent pauses and everything it learned stays exactly where it is.

The screen shows what it can already answer, area by area: who you are, technical details, pricing, availability, quotes and product help. Each bar is counted from what you have actually published, and each one tells you the single next thing to do. Nothing there is a guess.

Anyone can leave you a question from your public page, and it lands on Questions & Agent in your dashboard. Answer it, and if you tick the share box, that answer also teaches your own agent — credited to you, and withdrawable any time. The moment you send one, the board shows exactly where it went: who received it, what your agent kept, and how it will be used the next time somebody asks something similar.

At twenty-five shared answers, your agent goes live on your page. It answers in your tone, from your own words, and says plainly that it is your agent. It never gives a price, never makes a commitment, and hands anything commercial straight to you — in your Inbox, it can also draft replies for you to edit and send.

You can put it on your own website. Once your agent is answering, Your agent gives you one line of code to paste anywhere on your site — it renders a question box that answers in your name, sized to fit whatever you paste it into. It carries the SuperPrinters mark underneath, and that credit links to your SuperStore, not to us. If your agent is ever not answering, the box does not appear at all rather than sitting dead on your page.

Everything it knows is yours: change companies and it comes with you.

15
Companies we list that have not joined
What chat will tell you about them, and what it will not.

Alongside the businesses that have signed up here, SuperPrinters holds contact records for printing companies drawn from industry lists — trade press subscriber rolls, association members, manufacturers’ channel partners. Those companies have not joined and have not been asked, so we handle their details differently from a member’s.

Name one company and you get its full details. Ask chat about a particular firm and it gives the address, the contact person, the phone number and the email. You need to be signed in for the phone and email; without an account you still get the company, its address and its website.

Ask for a whole city or category and it will decline. “Every printer in Mumbai, with numbers” is not a question this answers — that list belongs to the companies in it, not to us. There is also a limit of ten companies a day per account, and each time contact details are given out we record which account asked and which company it was about.

If one of them is you — claim the listing. It becomes yours to correct, and it stops being a row somebody else compiled about your business.

16
What we notice as you browse
Said plainly, because you should not have to read a policy to find out.

While you are signed in, SuperPrinters records which product categories you open, roughly how long you spend on them, how far you read, and whether you come back to the same one on a later visit. That builds a picture of what you are looking for, so we can match you to sellers who actually supply it.

We do not record what you type. A chat message is recorded only as which category it was about — never its words. We do not record anything you write to a seller.

Right now this is used only by our own team, to see which categories the industry is interested in and where our catalogue is thin. Nothing about your browsing is shown to a seller. If that ever changes, we will say so here first — and the full detail is always in our Privacy Policy.

17
Getting help

Ask the chat bar anything about SuperPrinters itself. Not just what to buy — what a lead costs, what your persona gets, how GST verification actually works, whether we take a cut of your deal, what a review needs before it publishes. It answers from the live system rather than from a page somebody wrote months ago, so the figures it quotes are the ones you will actually be charged. Ask it as your own trade — “I am a printer”, “I am a print buyer’’ — and you get that trade’s answer, because the eight are genuinely different.

If it does not know something, it will say so and point you at the right page rather than guess. That is deliberate: a confident wrong answer about your own account costs you more than an honest gap.
