1. What to Report

• Fake or impersonated business listings/SuperPages.
• Fraudulent GST/PAN or verification claims.
• Phishing attempts, fake payment requests, or requests to transact outside the Platform under false pretences.
• Fake reviews or manipulated ratings.
• Any content violating our Content Policy.

2. How to Report

Email founder@superprinters.in with the profile/listing URL or name, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, messages). Registered users can also use the in-app Help button.

3. What Happens Next

In line with the IT Rules 2021's grievance-redressal requirements:

• We acknowledge every report within 24 hours.
• We investigate using our existing moderation tools — this can include placing the account on hold, removing specific content, or, for confirmed violations, blacklisting the account from public listings.
• We aim to resolve reports within 15 days, as required by law; complex cases may take longer, with an update provided.
• Confirmed payment fraud is escalated to our payment partner (Cashfree) and, where appropriate, law enforcement.

4. Escalation

If you're unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer (see Terms of Service §11), or, for a criminal matter, to your local Cyber Crime Cell at cybercrime.gov.in.
