Colors don't match between panels of a tiled job or between reprints, how do I get consistent color?
Posted by the SuperPrinters team · 7/26/2026
Adjacent panels of a tiled wall or graphic show a visible color or tone step where they meet, or a reprint doesn't match the original run. The same file can look different day to day, machine to machine, or across a large solid fill. Most often caused by printer not calibrated or drifted since last profiling, as jets, alignment, and drop volume change over time, among other possible causes — a full step-by-step diagnostic and fix follows below.
