Durst Group Acquires Majority Stake in CoCoCo Platform to Strengthen Kyveris Software Stack
Shared with SuperPrinters · 7/15/2026 · Source: indianprinterpublisher.com
Durst Group has taken a majority ownership position in Triple C Labs GmbH, maker of the CoCoCo Platform, while the company will continue to operate independently with its own brand and leadership. CoCoCo's JDF/JMF-based data integration layer, which unifies presses, prepress and shop-floor systems into a shared production data model, complements Durst's Kyveris industrial AI stack. The deal aims to accelerate development while keeping CoCoCo open and vendor-neutral for OEMs and software partners across the print industry.
