Sakata INX Pursues Inkjet Innovation and Sustainability Milestones Across Global Operations

Sakata INX has announced a collaboration with iPrint Institute to advance inkjet technology and explore new applications, while also becoming the first packaging material manufacturer in Japan to install equipment compatible with Direct Food Contact (DFC) standards. The ink and coatings manufacturer has simultaneously earned multiple sustainability accolades, with subsidiaries in Spain, the UK, Indonesia, and the US receiving EcoVadis medals ranging from Bronze to Platinum. The company is also restructuring its corporate governance, transitioning to a holding company structure and adopting an Audit and Supervisory Committee model.
