Girls Who Print 2026 Report Highlights Mentorship, Leadership and Entrepreneurship as Key Priorities for Women in Print

Girls Who Print has released its 2026 Industry Insights Report, drawing on 210 survey responses and themes from 242 Mentorship Program applications to identify ten workforce priorities for women across the global print and graphic communications sector. The report positions mentorship as a retention tool and frames technology fluency as one component of broader leadership readiness, alongside communication skills and business knowledge. It also notes a growing interest among respondents in entrepreneurship, with packaging and specialty print cited as areas of opportunity.
