Wan-Ifra has released a special report, 'Carbon Audit: Call to Action – Managing Emissions in Newspaper Printing Plants,' offering newspaper facilities a practical framework to measure, categorize and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions across operations and supply chains. Aligned with global climate frameworks like the Paris Agreement and UNFCCC, the report encourages printers to embed sustainability into daily operations rather than treating it as a compliance checkbox. It is available for download to Wan-Ifra members and media organizations aiming to benchmark performance and build trust with climate-conscious stakeholders.
