Ernakulam-based Viani Printings, established in 1966, has brought its binding operations fully in-house by installing the Bindwel BW@2500 single-clamp perfect binder to handle growing volumes of notebooks, textbooks and magazines. The automated binder has cut manual intervention, reduced material waste and turnaround times, and improved spine durability across varied paper stocks. This upgrade helped the company meet a tight deadline for six major educational publishers and supported its recent expansion into the Assam market, marking its shift from a regional player to a pan-India provider.
